Why should I provide feedback?

The business owners we represent value what their customer have to say. They use this feedback to improve their business and offer you the best quality, service and value. By providing your feedback you have the opportunity to help improve local businesses and keep the local business community thriving.

Can I trust the feedback that people have provided?

Absolutely! Only customers who have visited a store or restaurant are able to provide feedback. This prevents others from offering comments that may not be based on a recent experience. In no way do we or the store owners edit or manipulate customer comments. In fact, those are the comments that our store owners value. They want to know what their customers have to say, both good and bad so that they can work to deliver what their customers want.

What if I can't find a business I want information on?

If you can't find a business listed it is probably because they are not a member of our program. However, tell us who you are looking for and we'd be glad to contact that business and add them to our program. To tell us a business you'd like to see included click here.
